Pantry Partners

What PantryPartners is about

PantryPartners is responsible for various matters related to poverty alleviation and social upliftment and development in Tulbagh Village. This involves the administration, procurement, logistics, management and distribution functions of the amalgamated soup kitchens that operate under the banner of Food4Good. Our approach to poverty alleviation and social upliftment and development is based on a wholistic approach that does not only involve fedding the hungry and poor, but to offer activities for self-development of the poor to become fulfilled citizens (see the image of the umbrella project below). Activities include informal training, sport activities, arts activities, as well as a food garden.

PantryPartners engages with all stakeholders which include, but not limited to, national, provincial and local government, foodbanks, soup kitchens, the agricultural community, corporations, businesses and other organisations to meet its purpose

PantryPartners is the fundamental pillar in the Four Pillars for Good project launched by Care4Tulbagh.
